| Annual High School Leadership Day | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The preparation of our future leaders must begin during their formative years. The annual High School Leadership Day held each January immediately prior to the beginning of the National Black Student Leadership Development Conference exposes multi-ethnic high school students to the study of leadership early in their academic careers through a series of interactive learning experiences designed to enhance their leadership skills and to encourage them to begin to think about servant leadership roles in their schools and communities. High School Leadership Day activities are designed to facilitate high school students’ entrance into meaningful secondary and post-secondary leadership opportunities. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
